My Style
Personally interior design is one of the best ways for me to be creative. I view a room or a home as a giant canvas that can be filled with anything you want to, in order to make it your own. I have always been intrigued by magazines such as Better Home & Gardens and Southern Living. I love to picture a room and all the potential ideas that could go into it. I would describe my personal style along the lines of pottery barn and anthropology.

Grace - the color and background of the blog is bold and really gets your attention. It looks very nice. I think the title bar could use a some tweaking to make an equally bold statement. There are also a few issues with the posts and links. You are missing the post of 'What is Interior Design?' The 'my style' post needs some additional information. First, always include images. It is good to include basic explanations but visually striking images are what attract and hold viewers attention. The 'my style' section is intended to be a comprehensive explanation of your overall style; including interiors, architecture, fashion, music, art, food, etc. This will help explain your point-of-view which is essential in establishing you as a designer.
ReplyDeleteThe links on your side bar and in your posts need to be edited so they read as titles to the right of your page not as individual posts. And, make sure to post a quick explanation of why you are linking them. What is your criteria for posting them?
