Four Examples of Vertical Lines:
Vertical lines can demonstrate power, strength, visual stability, balance, and move the viewers eye up. The first picture is a picture of bamboo, all the bamboo is sticking straight up creating the vertical lines having visual stability. The second picture is of the back of a chair this consistent vertical lines give stability. The third is of a monument, this is a single vertical line that visualizes strength. The last is of colored pencils, the symmetry and direction of the pencils makes them vertical lines.
